proposals by the NJ Bar Association for New Jersey DWI laws
NEW JERSEY STATE BAR ASSOCIATION PROPOSALS
The New Jersey State Bar Association has taken an active part in the
effort to change DWI laws. These actions have ranged from making proposals to
change DWI laws and procedures to providing comments to reports and proposals
made by State agencies and legislators. The Municipal Court Committee
of the State Bar Association is active in addressing these issues and making
recommendations to the Association's Board of Trustees regarding positions
which should be taken by the Association as a whole. Membership on this
Committee is available to members of the Bar Association .
