Peter H. Lederman, Esq. - Moderator Municipal Courts resolve many different types of matters, ranging from DWI complaints to simple ordinance violations. They differ from other Courts because of their size and scope. Because of these differences, special skills are necessary in resolving disputes which arise in this Court. Entirely new for 2011, NJICLE is pleased to present this discussion of the special advocacy skills that are required in these Courts. As an attendee, you'll hear judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys discuss the important factors that ultimately result in dispute resolution.
